Trường hợp cơ sở y tế do quá tải phải tổ chức khám, chữa bệnh ngòai giờ hành chính; khám, chữa bệnh trong ngày nghỉ, ngày lễ thì người có thẻ BHYT được thanh toán chi phí khám, chữa bệnh trong phạm vi quyền lợi BHYT được hưởng như quy định đối với khám chữa bệnh trong ngày làm việc.
